Two runs per pilot
90 seconds per run
Your best run counts—we drop your weakest run
Five bonus points if you land in the zone before time runs out. Risk it for the biscuit!

🧠 How You're Judged

Each category is scored from 0–5, except Landing, which is either 0 or 5.

😈 Nasty — Technicality, risk, and difficulty.
Make jaws drop. Take it to the edge.

🧼 Clean — Fewer bumps and smoother execution.
Accuracy counts, but sometimes flying through the carnage is good enough.

🎮 Game — Trick variety and creativity.
Don't spam the same moves. Show off your full bag.

🏰 Field — Use of the course and surroundings.
You're flying the Castle field obstacles. Don't waste the playground.

🌊 Flow — Smooth, consistent, intentional lines.
You've got 90 seconds—use them like a pro.

🛬 Landing — Five points or zero.
Reach the landing zone before the clock expires or lose the bonus.

Gear Requirements

🥽 Video: Your goggles must connect to our production equipment so the judges and livestream audience can see your run. The supported options are:

HDZero Goggles v1, Goggles v2, BoxPro, or BoxPro+ via mini-HDMI
DJI Goggles 2, Goggles Integra, or Goggles 3 via USB-C
DJI FPV Goggles V1 or V2 via USB-C
Walksnail Goggles X via mini-HDMI
Walksnail Avatar HD or Fat Shark Dominator HD via USB-C
Analog goggles using our analog receiver

The video box will be available for testing throughout Castle Crash 5. Test your output before the contest: pilots who cannot connect to the production system cannot compete.

⛓️💥 Two drones: Redundant gear is not strictly required, but we strongly recommend bringing at least two tested, working drones that you can compete with.
